“Dream Bigger, Achieve More: Expanding Excellence at Challenge to Excellence Charter School”
This isn’t just an expansion, it’s an evolution. We’re building on the foundation of excellence you know and trust, while creating a world of exciting new possibilities for every student.
- Phase I will add a stunning two-story, 13,000 square foot addition on the west side of the existing school. Adding 12 brand-new classrooms, complete with a dedicated ART and MUSIC room. Eliminating the mobile classrooms and moving all students under one roof to enhance safety and security. With this expansion, we’re excited to open our doors to an additional 125 students, enriching our C2E community and expanding our reach of excellence. Get ready to be a part of something truly extraordinary at C2E!
- Phase II of this project will bring the addition of a new cafeteria/flex space on the east side of C2E. This versatile area will serve as a communal learning space for study hall and small group instruction. Additionally, it will enable us to stagger lunchtimes effectively for all students.

Twenty-five years ago, Challenge to Excellence opened its doors with just two modular buildings, 296 students, and a vision to reimagine education.
Today, C2E is a thriving K–8 S.T.E.A.M. school serving 675 students, with a legacy built on academic excellence, innovation, and a strong sense of community.
As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we’re reflecting on how far we’ve come, recognizing the families and educators who helped get us here, and looking ahead to what’s next.
